Data and purposes

Browsing schedules requires no account. The server may process IP addresses, connection dates, requested resources and browser information to deliver and secure the service. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

Selected schedules, language and theme are stored in your browser to provide the features you choose. Clear them in the app or browser settings. We do not use advertising analytics or profiling.

Optional push notifications

With your consent, we store the subscription endpoint, encryption keys, selected areas, waste types, reminder times, language and consent date. GPS coordinates are not stored in notification subscriptions. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Refusal does not restrict schedule access. Withdraw consent using Disable notifications or browser settings, without affecting earlier processing.

Subscriptions are deleted after you unsubscribe, after the push provider reports expiry, or after 90 days without activity. Technical reminder delivery identifiers are kept for at most 10 days to prevent duplicates.

Maps and recipients

The map loads when you open the Map section. OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and tile requests. Town or street searches go through our server to Nominatim; house numbers are not sent. Map providers have their own privacy policies.

Push delivery uses your browser provider, such as Google, Mozilla, Apple or Microsoft. Delivery metadata may be processed outside the EEA under their own rules and appropriate transfer mechanisms. Web Push content is encrypted. The operator must check current browser and hosting provider terms before publication.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact Show email. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO: uodo.gov.pl. We do not use automated decision-making with legal effects or profile users.

Browser storage and cookies

Local storage and PWA cache support your selected features. Essential session cookies protect the administration and subscription functions. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Optional notifications are enabled only by your action. You can clear device data and disable subscriptions in the app.

Updates

Document version: 25 October 2026. Changes in purposes or recipients require an updated notice and, where necessary, renewed consent.

Optional address detection

After you select “Use my location” and grant permission, your browser determines your position once. Approximate coordinates, rounded to 4 decimal places, pass through our server to Photon / komoot to suggest an address. We do not store coordinates in the database or cache, or put them in the URL of a request to our website. The provider receives coordinates and our server IP; your device location provider operates under your browser and system policies. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a), consent. You may refuse and select an address manually. Each new click is a new request; there is no background location tracking. Verify the suggested street and house number. Pilski Kosz is operated by Marcin Franckiewicz — Forge, contact Show email, address Complete in the panel. The service is independent of PRGOK and waste collection operators.

Scope and requirements

We provide schedules, search, maps, printouts, ICS export and optional notifications free of charge. An up-to-date browser with JavaScript is required. PWA installation and Web Push require HTTPS and device support. On iOS, push requires the app to be added to the Home Screen. Internet access is needed for updates, maps and push delivery.

Do not submit illegal content, breach security or overload the service.

Starting and ending use

Browsing starts when you open the site, without an account or payment. End use by closing it. Installation and reminders are optional and may be removed in the app or device settings.

Data and responsibility

Schedules are based on the identified documents. New files are reviewed before publication. Errors are possible; check the current PRGOK source if information differs. Choose the correct street and house-number variant. Reminders are supplementary: delivery depends on networks, device settings and browser providers. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints and contact

Report errors or complaints to Show email, including a description, date and area if relevant. Do not send passwords, tokens or unnecessary personal data. We will respond within 14 days.

Privacy and changes
